Position Summary

The role will manage the end-to-end execution of different strategic and operational projects for Deluxe

The role will manage the governance of projects with key stakeholders

The role will create the project plan with milestones, will identify and flag key risks and unblock the bottlenecks

The role requires experience in working in a cross functional environment and driving global projects


Outcomes and Accomplishments:

As a Project manager, you will:

The role will plan, program-manage, and drive the implementation of multiple medium to large scale projects, within Bangalore and across different geographies

The projects can span across different domains like Operations, IT, Finance, HR, Facilities etc.

Ensure adherence to the project plan and its timelines

Liaise with business lines and functions (Operations, HR, IT, Finance, Facilities) to meet different project deliverables

Track project implementation, risks and concerns and publish periodic status updates and reports

Drive the project governance meetings with internal and global stakeholders

Project Manage initiatives to drive digital supply chain process improvements to successfully and rapidly deploy scalable, end-to-end content fulfillment automation solutions to Deluxe’s Localization and Fulfilment platforms, including ONE and Sfera

Implement global processes and governance to streamline the migration of existing clients and new customers to the platforms

Define, prioritize, and clarify requirement user stories; working with others to understand use cases, features, return on investment metrics and overall product goals

Other duties as identified and assigned.


What You Bring:

Candidate must have a graduate degree; MBA preferred with good academic track record.

Should have 5 to 10 Years of experience in managing medium to large scale projects across US, EMEA and APAC

PMP certification is preferred.

Understanding of content fulfilment, digital workflows, asset and data management systems/platforms preferrable

Experience exhibiting overall understanding and knowledge of the video post-production process, media operations, digital video deliveries, commercial localization software (e.g. WinCaps, Cavena, Canvass and Fuzion) utilized in OTT, Broadcast, Theatrical and Home Entertainment a plus

Ability to thoroughly understand complex business and technical issues and influence decision making at all levels of the organization without formal reporting structure authority – strong technical background a plus

  • Excellent command on English language.
  • Individual should have strong analytical, problem solving, people management and influencing skills
  • Excellent command on MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.

Good time management skills, excellent problem-solving skills.

A keen interest in media industry preferred
