Led by Ashiq Sulaiman (Amateur Olympia Silver Medalist, 700k+ social media followers), we are on a mission to become India’s #1 obesity transformation brand. 🎯 Role Overview As the Personal Assistant to the Founder, you will be the right hand in managing day-to-day operations, streamlining communication, and keeping the founder focused on high-leverage activities. This is not a regular admin role. This is for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes initiative, and can operate with clarity, discretion, and ownership. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Calendar management: Schedule meetings, calls, and personal events with precision. Inbox triage: Filter, respond, and escalate emails/messages as needed. Coordinate with internal team members for daily task updates, follow-ups, and project progress. Prepare briefs, meeting notes, and SOPs based on voice notes or raw inputs. Travel planning, expense tracking, and appointment booking. Research and procurement tasks (tools, vendors, software). Act as a gatekeeper to protect the founder’s time and energy. Occasionally handle personal errands or requests as needed. ✅ Who This Is For You're extremely organized, resourceful, and proactive. You have excellent written and verbal communication. You understand confidentiality and work well under pressure. You’re tech-savvy and quick to pick up tools (e.g., Notion, Slack, Trello, WhatsApp, Google Suite). You have a background in executive assistance, operations, or admin support (2+ years).
