Job Summary:Senior Operations LeaderThis is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the end-to-end operations of a manufacturing plant.Lead production, maintenance, engineering, quality, supply chain, and EHS functions.Maintain high machine efficiency to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing.Oversee production planning aligned with customer demand and business priorities.Monitor and maintain strict adherence to daily, weekly, and monthly production KPIs.A key responsibility is to ensure compliance with ISO standards, ASTM, and industry-specific quality norms relevant to polymer additives/masterbatch.The successful candidate will act as a strategic and operational leader promoting a safety-first culture across plant operations.Duties include:Managing people development including recruitment, retention, and professional growth.Overseeing preventive and predictive maintenance programs for all plant equipment.Driving cost optimization initiatives across energy, manpower, wastage, and logistics.Ensuring compliance with labour regulations, factory act, environmental permissions, and state regulations.This role requires 15–25 years of experience in polymer manufacturing, chemical processing, or masterbatch production.
