We are seeking a skilled Financial Manager to lead our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for:Raising month-end close, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements;Reviewing bookkeeping across AP, AR, payroll entries, and maintaining accurate records;Preparing and reviewing federal and state tax filings and supporting schedules;Maintaining the general ledger, chart of accounts, and documentation;Coordinating with auditors and preparing audit-ready reports;Advising leadership on tax planning, compliance, and financial controls;Building and refining accounting processes to improve accuracy and speed;Preparing cash flow reports, forecasts, and budget comparisons;RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need to have:An active CPA license;3 to 7 years' experience in public accounting or in-house finance;Strong knowledge of US GAAP and tax rules;Hands-on experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms;Ability to work independently and communicate clearly;Experience with multistate filings is a plus;Must be available to join immediately.BenefitsThis role offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous retirement plan.Why Join Our Team?Our organization is committed to excellence and innovation.
