Financial Leader WantedWe are looking for a seasoned financial leader to join our team and play a key role in driving our company's growth.This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-paced organization and contribute to the development of our finance function. As a financial leader, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and day-to-day financial activities. You will also work closely with our CEO and executive team to develop and execute financial strategies that drive growth and profitability.Responsibilities:Own and execute all financial operations such as payroll processing, vendor payouts, and accounts receivable management.Oversee compliance with statutory requirements, including Provident Fund (PF), Professional Tax (PT), and Goods and Services Tax (GST).Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic planning and decision-making processes.Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, working closely with department heads to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.Oversee cash management, including monitoring cash flow and optimizing working capital.Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, banks, and auditors.Support fundraising efforts by developing investor presentations and financial projections.Requirements:8+ years of experience in finance controllership, accounting, or a related field.Experience building finance functions from scratch for scaling SaaS companies is a plus.Past experience working in SaaS accounting is an added advantage.Benefits:Competitive salary and generous equity package.Opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the growth of a leading company.Cult fitness membership and personal development opportunities.We are looking for someone who is open to being a generalist and adapting to the uncertainty of early-stage growth.
