Job SummaryCoforge is seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join its HR team. This role is pivotal in aligning HR strategies with business goals, enhancing employee experience, and driving organizational success. The HRBP will work closely with senior leadership and business managers to implement strategic HR initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.Location: Greater NoidaExperience Required: 3–6 yearsWork Mode: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO)ResponsibilitiesEmployee lifecycle support: Employee engagement (connect, celebrations & recognition) and concerns management to ensure a positive work environment.Data driven insights/ pulse: Analyse and build HR metrics and trends to aid management decision-making.People system: Manage and develop an understanding of employee systems, records and related actions throughout the entire employee lifecycle.Onboarding Support: Assist onboarding new employees and senior hires.Performance Management: Support performance management initiatives, including building awareness, preparing management packs and supporting line management on performance coaching.Policy Implementation: Help implement HR policies and build awareness for respective employee groups.Organizational HR communications support: Help design HR communications for business facing teams across HR processes/ initiatives.Capability Development: Collaborate within the function to identify training needs and develop programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Support the implementation of learning initiatives and track their effectiveness. Facilitate training sessions and workshops as needed.Performance, Compensation & Benefits: Conduct research & analysis to ensure consistent Performance, compensation practices and assist in managing employee benefits programs. Act as PoC for BHR inquiries regarding compensation and benefits and provide guidance on related policies. Maintain accurate records of Performance, compensation and benefits information in HR systems. QualificationMBA
