Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Campaign Analyst, responsible for planning and executing various marketing automation campaigns.This position is ideal for an individual with expertise in marketing automation, particularly in the loyalty and CRM space for B2C industries.The successful candidate will be involved in the execution of the annual CRM & Loyalty calendar, ensuring timely campaign rollout as per regional marketing plans that drive customer engagement, retention, and program participation.Key responsibilities include:Coordinating across front-end and back-end systems to ensure smooth and timely execution of promotions and loyalty updates across channels (App, Website, POS, and other touchpoints).Collaborating with marketing teams to implement in-store and digital campaigns related to CRM and Loyalty initiatives.Partnering with consultants to plan, execute, and monitor tactical campaigns.Ensuring timely rollout of customer communications (email, SMS, push notifications, or other channels) for loyalty campaigns and promotions.Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure store teams are informed and aligned on ongoing loyalty offers, campaign details, and redemption mechanics.Understanding and leveraging system capabilities to support campaign logic, offer configurations, and customer journey workflows.Performing UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for campaigns and tactical promotions to ensure accuracy before launchData analysis and presentations play a crucial role in this position.
