The ideal candidate will define comprehensive strategies, ensure operational consistency, and maintain high performance standards across digital channels.Establish a paid media strategy outlining channel roles, investment principles, and performance expectations.Lead paid search, paid social, programmatic, video, and emerging media planning and execution.Develop optimisation frameworks, measurement tools, and continuous improvement methods.Review performance outputs, identify improvements, and guide teams toward strategic adjustments.Maintain alignment with brand goals and integrate effectively with creative, analytics, and planning departments.Provide high-quality communication with clients and internal stakeholders.Lead, coach, and support paid media specialists and cross-functional teams.Key Requirements:8+ years in paid media management, digital advertising, or media leadership.Deep understanding of major platforms (Google, Meta, programmatic DSPs, YouTube, TikTok).Strong analytical capabilities and experience interpreting performance data.Demonstrated success leading teams within agencies or large marketing organisations.Excellent communication skills and confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.Ability to work independently within a remote structure and manage multiple priorities effectively.Benefits:This role offers the opportunity to lead a team of experienced professionals and make a significant impact on our client's business outcomes.
