Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Service Delivery Executive to join our team. The core service delivered by the SOC is Managed Detection & Response and Incident Response.About the Role:As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent service assurance, liaising with internal technical staff on behalf of clients, providing generalist Cyber consultancy, being "application aware", and assisting with uncovering growth opportunities with clients through new or product upgrades.Key Responsibilities:Preparing and presenting client operational reporting at monthly meetingsClient SLAs and Reporting (including driving enhancements)Ensuring L1 and L2 analysts are meeting SLA and following proceduresGreat report writing skillsOnboarding of new clientsContinuously improving operations and client engagementContinual Service Improvement Plans (CSIP) for client patchDeveloping a deep understanding of clients' businesses including orchestration of strategic business planning, roadmaps, and workshops Risk and Issue ManagementProblem ManagementScope ManagementChange ManagementMajor incident managementRequirements:Minimum 5 years work experience in Service ManagementExperience in Delivering Cyber of SOC (Security Operation Centre) services is highly valuedExperienced working in MSP environmentsITIL Service Management accreditationProven experience with Incident responseStrong working knowledge of ITSM service delivery conceptsDemonstrated ability to position and present at a C-suite levelDemonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with multi-disciplined teamsStrategic thinking with a proactive attitudeA willingness to work and adapt to fast-growing & changing environmentsSelf-sufficiency and high degree of autonomyAbility to work within a team and achieve results through othersCommercial experience & exposure to Presales or Solutions Architecture in IT, cloud, Networking, and Cyber SecurityIndustry-based technical certifications (e.g., Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, CrowdStrike, Rapid7, NetSkope)
