Job Title: PAS-X Engineer PAS-X EngineerA key role in our organization is the PAS-X Engineer. This position requires technical expertise and knowledge of system administration and configuration.System Administration: The PAS-X Engineer will be responsible for expert-level system administration and configuration of the PAS-X system.User Synchronization: The candidate will ensure that user synchronization with LDAP/AD, printing, and system console functionality are all functioning correctly.SAP-MES Interface: A strong understanding of SAP-MES interface, import/export, and file exchange is required.Documentation: The PAS-X Engineer will create and maintain system life cycle documentation including CS, TRM, risk assessments, IQ test scripts, and change controls.Technical Architecture: A good understanding of application or web server, database architecture, interfaces, JBoss server log analysis, and MES integration with Level 2, Level 3, and Level 4 systems is essential.Database Management: Expertise in creating SQL scripts and understanding DB schema is necessary.Troubleshooting: The candidate will have experience troubleshooting PAS-X related technical issues. Key ResponsibilitiesThe following are key responsibilities of the PAS-X Engineer:Werum PAS-X Application Installation and Troubleshooting: Install and troubleshoot Werum PAS-X applications.WERUM PAS-X Installation Qualifications and Version Upgradation: Ensure that WERUM PAS-X installation qualifications and version upgradations are met.End-to-End Implementation Experience of Werum PAS-X: Implement Werum PAS-X end to end.GMBRs, PVL, PMBR's, Equipment Management, Material Flow, Weigh & Dispense, EBR, MBR & Master Data: Manage GMBRs, PVL, PMBR's, equipment management, material flow, weigh & dispense, EBR, MBR & master data.ISA95/S88 Standards & Practical Use of These Standards in Application Design: Understand ISA95/S88 standards and apply them in application design.Knowledge of Pharma Manufacturing: Have knowledge of pharma manufacturing.Good Communication and Analytical Skills: Possess good communication and analytical skills.Good Understanding of ITIL Concepts: Have a good understanding of ITIL concepts.Agile Project Management: Apply agile project management principles.Werum PAS-X Specification, Execution, Compliance & Performance Module: Work with the Werum PAS-X specification, execution, compliance, and performance module.Knowledge of GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11: Understand GxP, GAMP, and 21 CFR Part 11.
