Job Overview:This role brings together administrative and technical leadership to manage Oracle FCCS and Workday Adaptive Planning systems. The position ensures system integrity, optimizes consolidation and planning processes, manages integrations with Datawarehouse and ERP's, and drives automation and reporting improvements across both platforms.Adaptive Planning Responsibilities:Configure Adaptive models, sheets, dimensions, and attributes, driving data accuracy and efficiency.Manage Data Agent and integrations with ERP/EDW, ensuring seamless data flow and minimizing discrepancies.Design, configure, and maintain dimensions/levels, modeled & cube sheets, attributes, versions, and assumptions, promoting data consistency and scalability.Own mapping tables, transformations, and reconciliation controls; triage and resolve load exceptions, maintaining data quality and integrity.Build advanced formulas (lookup, allocation, driver-based) and maintain alternate reporting hierarchies, enhancing business insights and decision-making capabilities.Develop & Support HTML and Office Connect reports and dashboards, providing real-time visibility into business performance.Manage role-based security, access reviews, governance, and compliance across Adaptive, ensuring a secure and controlled environment.Coordinate with IT/EDW on schema changes, performance, and data lineage; document interfaces and SLAs, fostering collaboration and transparency.Orchestrate forecast/commit cycles (calendar or fiscal); manage versions, locks, and workflow, streamlining business processes and reducing complexity.Drive tie-outs to FCCS and legacy Essbase reports; investigate mapping deltas and timing differences, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.Create/maintain playbooks, SOPs, and cutover checklists; lead user enablement and office hours, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.Provide training, documentation, and Tier-2/3 support, ensuring a smooth transition and ongoing success.FCCS Responsibilities:Maintain FCCS metadata, hierarchies, security roles, and consolidation rules, ensuring accurate and efficient data processing.Oversee close cycles; validate data loads; troubleshoot variances, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Configure Data Management workflows and mappings, optimizing data management and reducing errors.Develop Smart View reports and support statutory reporting, providing actionable insights and compliance expertise.Automate tasks using EPM Automate and REST APIs, increasing productivity and reducing manual effort. Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.7+ years' experience with Adaptive Planning config & Administration & FCCS/Hyperion AdministrationStrong understanding of financial consolidation and planning principles.Hands-on experience with integrations, automation, and reporting tools.
