Job OpportunityWe are seeking an entry-level professional to join our AI and Machine Learning team.Key Responsibilities:Leverage technical expertise in Generative AI, RAG pipelines, and agent workflows to drive innovation.Develop vector search capabilities, embeddings, retrieval workflows, and prompt engineering techniques.Collaborate with internal teams on the development of Agentic AI applications (LangGraph or similar).Fine-tune open-source LLMs and multimodal models for optimal performance.Evaluate Gen AI efficacy and prepare benchmarking reports for stakeholders.Address workflow issues with guidance from senior engineers.Contribute to the deployment, testing, and integration of AI solutions.Mandatory Skills:A strong foundation in AI/ML or Generative AI through academic background or interest.A basic understanding of RAG concepts, embeddings, vector databases, or LLMs.Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.Hands-on experience through projects or internships is a plus.Prior knowledge of Python and ML frameworks is preferred.Desirable Skills:Experience with LangChain / LangGraph, RAG workflows, or prompt engineering.A working understanding of open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, GPT-OSS, etc.).Brief familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP.An interest in DevOps/CI-CD for AI workflows.Awareness of AI safety and best practices.
