AI Platform Engineer PositionWe are seeking a skilled AI Platform Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our AI application platform.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to design, develop, and operate advanced AI systems, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines, multi-model gateways, Model Context Protocol tools, agentic workflow automations, and secure chat interfaces.Main Responsibilities:Design, develop, and operate the company's AI application platform, ensuring production readiness of all components.Build and maintain secure chat interfaces using OpenWebUI or custom UI components.Own Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, and Kubernetes-based deployments for AI platform components.Implement robust observability solutions and ensure platform reliability, uptime, and scalability using SRE and DevOps best practices.Optimize compute, storage, and inference costs while maintaining performance and quality.Establish strong governance, access control, and compliance processes across AI workloads.Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve the platform's architecture and performance.Requirements:5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and operating AI systems.Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles.Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.Benefits:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI projects.Collaborative and dynamic work environment.Award-winning company culture.Professional growth and development opportunities.Competitive salary and benefits package.
