We are looking for Recruiters (Freshers) for our RFP Team. This role is perfect for individuals eager to start their careers in recruitment and talent acquisition. The RFP Recruiter will assist in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business’s proposal development needs. This position offers excellent growth opportunities and hands-on experience in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Qualifications:
- Degree in any of these disciplines (BCA/B.tech/MCA/MBA)
- Strong interest in human resources, recruitment, or talent acquisition.
- Basic understanding of latest and trending IT technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools and job portals is a plus but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a dynamic recruitment environment.
Preferred Skills (Not Required but a Plus):
- Familiarity or understanding of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Ability to work with diverse teams and a multitasker approach.
