Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Amazon Seller Account Management Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing Amazon seller accounts across multiple online stores, including product listing, catalog management, sponsored ads, promotions, performance health,Fba and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Account & Store Management

  • Manage day-to-day operations of assigned Amazon seller accounts (India and global marketplaces).
  • Create, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, and images).
  • Ensure accurate product categorization, keyword optimization, and SEO best practices.
  • Monitor account health (performance metrics, policy compliance, feedback, and reviews).

2. Advertising & Promotions

  • Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display).
  • Monitor ACoS, ROAS, and overall campaign efficiency.
  • Implement seasonal promotions, coupons, deals, and Lightning Deals.

3. Reporting & Analysis

  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, ads, and inventory performance.
  • Analyze competitor strategies and market trends to improve account growth.
  • Provide actionable insights and growth strategies to clients and management.

4. Client & Internal Coordination

  • Act as a single point of contact for assigned seller accounts.
  • Collaborate with creative, catalog, and compliance teams to ensure smooth account operations.
  • Communicate with Amazon Seller Support to resolve issues (suppressed listings, stranded inventory, policy violations).

5. Compliance & Risk Management

  • Ensure seller accounts remain compliant with Amazon’s policies.
  • Handle cases related to suspensions, listing removals, or IP infringements.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and seller rating.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of proven experience in managing Amazon seller accounts (India or global stores).
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Advertising Console.
  • Familiarity with PPC campaign management, keyword research, SEO, and competitor analysis.
  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting and analysis.
  • Good understanding of inventory management, FBA/FBM processes, and product launches.
  • Strong communication skills (written & verbal) to interact with clients and Amazon support.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with international marketplaces (Amazon USA, UK, Germany, UAE).
  • Knowledge of tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or DataHawk.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic tools (Canva/Photoshop) for listing updates.
  • Understanding of cross-border compliance and e-commerce regulations.
