Job OverviewThe role of Data Analyst is to provide strategic support to client operations, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables.Data Analyst combines operational and analytical skills with problem-solving and communication abilities to drive project success, addressing operational and analytical business challenges.You will collaborate closely with Senior Data Analyst & Operations Delivery Lead to deliver operational items and implement process improvements.Ability to understand and communicate client business issues, operating rules, data, and standard procedures effectively.Execution and improvement of pre-defined operational processes.Implementation of process improvements in operational processes and identification of such opportunities working with Senior Data Analyst & Operations Delivery Lead.Staying current on new tools, techniques, and working models to continually enhance process design for quick adoption.Development of a strong understanding of operational processes, data, tools & technology to translate business needs to technology solutions effectively.Building subject matter expertise over time and applying it to operational processes.Quality checks and validations on all deliverables with results reported back to the Operations Delivery Lead.Execution of defined operational models with standard procedures, quality assurance, governance criteria, roles, and responsibilities, and assistance in defining newer, more efficient models including detailed documentation.Coordination with multiple stakeholders across different time zones to ensure smooth delivery to clients within established timelines.Assistance to engineering teams in implementing new operational procedures and/or improvements to existing procedures by providing knowledge about operations and testing modified procedures.Testing new/updated operational procedures to ensure fidelity.Critical thinking and problem-solving to produce high-quality results from multiple tasks.Management of multiple client tasks to strengthen analytic, task management, and communication skills.Collaboration with internal PMG teams to provide comprehensive value to the firm.Tracking and handling of unplanned internal and client tasks stemming from operational projects.Conducting secondary research as needed.Investigation of client questions related to operational deliveries, as required.Benefits: As a Data Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse clients, develop your analytical and problem-solving skills, and contribute to the growth and success of the organization.Others: This role requires a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results, effective communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
