Business Optimization Expert About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned Business Optimization Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ideating, designing, building, and managing optimization roadmaps to meet business process and application requirements.Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:Planning, executing, and analyzing A/B tests using Adobe Target and OptimizelyGenerating innovative testing ideas and strategies, formulating sound hypotheses, and sharing results post-testingWorking closely with stakeholders to understand needs and translating them into testing use cases, efficiently managing stakeholder expectations throughout the testing processExperimentation and testing, analytical skills, stakeholder management, metrics definition, self-sufficiency, platform expertise, continuous improvement, analytical thinking, innovative problem-solving, adaptability, curiosity, and effective communicationRequirements:To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or Information Technology, with a Master's or Analytics degree being a plus. You should also have 8+ years of overall experience with Adobe Target, Optimizely, or Monetate, with at least 1-2 years as a developer developing custom codes, JavaScripts, and tag elements. Additionally, you should have 2+ years of experience designing, running, and reporting on multivariate and A/B tests, as well as 2+ years of experience using Adobe Target or Optimizely for delivering dynamic and personalized site experiences.Key Skills Required:Proficiency in Adobe Target and Optimizely, Adobe Analytics or GA4, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Adobe Audience Manager, AEM, Power BI/Looker/TableauStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbout Us:If you are a proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
