Role Overview PositionKey Account Manager - Marketplaces Location: Gurgaon Experience: Required 3-5 years in managing marketplace relationships Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities (KRAs) Marketplace Management : Lead and manage relationships with Myntra, Nykaa and other key marketplaces. Revenue Growth : Identify and seize opportunities to increase revenue and market share. Handling P & L Advertising & Promotions : Plan and execute advertising campaigns to boost visibility and sales. Competitive Benchmarking : Analyze competitors and market trends to maintain a competitive edge. Business Insights : Generate insights and reports to drive business decisions and strategy. Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal teams and marketplace contacts to ensure alignment. Performance Tracking : Monitor and report on KPIs and sales performance metrics. Candidiate Profile Criteria Details Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Experience : 3-5 years in managing marketplace accounts, particularly Myntra and Nykaa Domain Knowledge : Strong understanding of e-commerce and marketplace dynamics. Skills - Relationship Management: Excellent at building and nurturing professional relationships. - Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. - Marketing Acumen: Proficient in running and optimizing digital ad campaigns. - Negotiation Skills Strong negotiation and deal-making abilities.
