Job DescriptionAbout us:We are committed to teaching the skills of the future by making high-quality education accessible and affordable to individuals, companies, and governments around the world.We have a unique model of state-of-the-art technology, curriculum innovation, and hands-on instruction from senior faculty, mentors, and coaches that has educated more than 300,000 individuals across 80+ countries.Key Responsibilities:To ensure certification of self on product & process for each role being assigned for audit purposes.To conduct thorough audits of all transactions in line with established processes and guidelines.To complete a specified number of audit samples per month, meeting overall and FTE/module targets.To clearly document all observations in the audit sheet and provide detailed ratings.To promptly audit any escalations received related to the concerned process and share findings with the manager within 24 hours.To provide immediate feedback on critical errors (creating bad reputation, financial risk, legal risk, and compliance risk) to team members and ensure formal acknowledgement.To provide regular feedback to team members, including weekly formal feedback.To publish a monthly performance scorecard for each team member and conduct weekly sessions with team leads to discuss errors.To develop FAQs and briefing materials for new changes and communications.To conduct daily team briefings on new communications and special observations.To perform dip-stick audits for new changes and deployments.To participate in joint calibration exercises and remain calibrated with master auditors and other auditors to maintain +/-5% variation.To recommend training refreshers based on observed errors to the training team.To conduct specific audits to assess the effectiveness of refresher training conducted by trainers.Key Skills and Experience:Minimum 2 years of work experience and relevant subject matter expertise is required.Proactive work style and accountability are essential.Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office/Excel.Detailed-oriented with an eye for detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Data collection, management, and analysis.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Efficient and detail-oriented.Six Sigma (Yellow / Green belt) certification is preferred.No performance improvement plan in the last six months.Benefits: Our organization offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and development.
