ERP Developer RoleOverview:The ERP developer is responsible for designing, building, testing and deploying Integration/Customization solutions to support an organization's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications.Responsibilities:Integration Analysis: Work with ERP applications on integration analysis, development, testing, debugging and fixing integrations between NetSuite and other external or third party systems.Project Lifecycle: Involved in all phases of the project lifecycle including design, build, test and deploy Integration/Customization solutions.Custom Integrations: Create custom integrations using Suite Cloud Platform, SuiteScript, Web Services and Rest APIs.Testing: Perform Unit Test and support systems integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) by providing insight to testing teams to ensure the appropriate depth of test coverage.Automation: Provide any automation using workflows as per the requirements.Technical Documentation: Create technical documents which capture the development standards for the NetSuite project.Feasibility Study: Coordinate the feasibility study with the cost-effective technology and to come up with architecture details to resolve problems of intent, inaccuracy, or limitation of the system.Stakeholder Management: Ensure that the ERP customization or integration can be completely integrated into the ERP system and works well with all stakeholders and end users.Coding Standards: Follow the industry best practices for coding and maintain code in version control.Qualifications:Experience: At least 4 years of SuiteScript using and NetSuite software development experience.Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills.Ledership: Lead the technical discussions with clients and third party vendors.Independence: Ability to work independently.Complexity Handling: Ability to handle complex business requirements and provide solutioning.Mentorship: Ability to mentor junior resources when needed.Multi Project Handling: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Technical and Analytical Skills: Possess strong technical and analytical skills.
