the Role:We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead and manage ERP implementation projects across various platforms such as Zoho, Odoo, or SAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and hands-on experience with ERP systems. A PMP certification is a strong advantage.Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end ERP implementation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, developers, and stakeholders.- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues. Ensure quality assurance and compliance with company standards.- Facilitate change management and user training during ERP rollouts.- Manage vendor relationships and third-party integrations as needed.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Master's/Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.- 3 to 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in ERP implementations.
