Business Analyst

- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
- Analyze current processes and map them to NetSuite functionalities.
- Conduct gap analysis and suggest system or process enhancements.
- Coordinate between business users and the technical/development team.
- Prepare functional specification documents and support configuration.
- Facilitate UAT planning, testing, and sign-off.
- Assist in user training, documentation, and change management activities.
ERP Experience : Minimum 3–5 years, preferably with Oracle NetSuite
Functional Knowledge : Finance, Procurement, Sales, Inventory, ARM Modules
Technical Understanding : Ability to interpret workflows, scripts, and configurations
Documentation : Skilled in preparing BRDs, FRDs, process maps, and test cases
Communication : Strong stakeholder and cross-functional communication skills
Justification for Requirement- The ongoing Oracle NetSuite implementation requires a dedicated BA to ensure smooth coordination between business and technical teams.
- Current pre-sales or project teams are stretched with parallel responsibilities.
- A dedicated BA will ensure proper requirement documentation, reduced rework, and timely UAT sign-offs.
- Essential for successful go-live and post-implementation stabilization.
