Job Role OverviewAs a seasoned brand leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, customer acquisition, and enhancing stakeholder experience.You are responsible for developing a brand strategy tailored to the company's target market, maintaining client brand integrity across all marketing initiatives and communications, and managing a portfolio of services.Designing and executing strategies for marketing campaigns across various platforms to meet customer expectations and build brand credibility.Leading brand strategy, including setting style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision, and value proposition for short and long-term goals.Planning and execution of communications and media actions on all channels, including online and social media.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop new business opportunities, assist with product development, pricing, and launches.Creating and managing promotional materials to establish and maintain product branding.Managing advertising and promotional expenses.Conducting competitor and customer insights analysis.Staying up-to-date with industry trends and predicting future market directions.Evaluating marketing campaign success, creating reports, and providing strategic input for future initiatives.Overseeing advertising, product/service design, and other marketing efforts to maintain consistency in branding.Engaging with clients and collaborating with colleagues across multiple departments.Managing brand budgets across departmental touchpoints.Coordinating events such as product launches, exhibitions, and photo shoots.Partnering with Business Development to develop marketing partnerships with retailers, media partners, and external partners.Conducting research and analyses, translating campaign performance into communication documents and reports.In charge of providing strategic direction for the brand, developing non-campaign brands while keeping the company's vision, mission, and objectives in mind, and advising internal and external stakeholders on brand-related issues.
