Support and manage functional activities of field staff for Joint visits, Coordinate with construction, finance and operations team for Plant/MTCC/EP land. Complete agreements with the owners. Register the agreements for the Plants/MTCC/EP Lands.10.  Resolve the disputes of the land (if any) with the authorities.11.  Ensure Tax/Revenue payments for the Land Purchased Leased.12.  The conversion of the NA from agriculture to non-agriculture 13.  Complete the registration of the captive land.14.  Handle the Litigation issues and present in the courts (if any)15.  Renewals of agreements of CBG Plant MTCC/EP (Leased Land)16.  Measurement of land to completed for allotted land by the Government Authorities 17.  Owner issues need to be handled post-acquisition 18.  Gram Panchayat NOC to be procured for the land allotted CBG/EP/MTCC.19.  Change of name wherever land has been purchased (7/12, Khatauni)20.  Other related works of revenue and government authorities.21.  Coordinate with local counsels for registration of SD/LD and related registration, 22.  Collect documents from landowners and hand over records needed for DDR.23.  Facilitate notarization, certified copies and other land-related paperwork required by Legal.24.  Assist Legal in liaising with local government offices and authorities for operational follow-ups related to land issues.
