About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and enhancement of Ellucian Banner ERP modules. Working closely with functional teams, you will implement customizations, improve workflows, and ensure seamless ERP operations across departments.Design, develop, and maintain Ellucian Banner ERP modules to support institutional operations.Customize and extend Banner functionality using Ellucian extensibility tools such as Page Builder and Admin Page Tools.Collaborate with users to gather requirements and implement module-specific enhancements.Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime.Apply system updates, patches, and performance optimizations.Ensure compliance with data governance, accessibility, and security standards.Document development work and provide user support and training as needed.The ideal candidate will have proven experience with Ellucian Banner ERP, including modules such as Student, Finance, HR, Financial Aid, and Advancement. Hands-on experience with Ellucian Extensibility Framework, Oracle SQL/PL-SQL, and Banner-specific development practices is also required. Additionally, understanding of Banner architecture, workflows, and integration points, as well as experience supporting system upgrades and module rollouts in higher education settings, is necessary. Familiarity with RESTful API integration and reporting tools, prior experience working in a higher education environment, and Ellucian certifications are also desirable.
