The NetSuite Developer will be responsible for configuring, and implementing a new NetSuite ERP environment that aligns with business requirements and operational workflows. This role includes building complex solutions, developing customizations, and administering NetSuite applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on NetSuite development experience, strong technical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with functional and project teams.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, test, and implement customized solutions for the NetSuite platform including scripts, workflows, and other customizationsLead and participate in solution demonstrations for clients, stakeholders, and senior team membersTroubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teamsDevelop SuiteScript 2.1 scripts and maintain existing SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.0 codebasesCollaborate efficiently with functional consultants, project managers, and end-users to translate business needs into technical solutionsInstall and configure required NetSuite bundles and third-party applicationsBuild and maintain integrations between NetSuite and external systems using REST/SOAP web services or iPaaS toolsPrepare technical documentation including solution designs, deployment steps, and code repositoriesPerform release preview testing to ensure compatibility and work with NetSuite support to resolve any issues before the upgrade.Required QualificationsExperience working with NetSuite ERP and OneWorld is mandatory3-4 years of experience creating custom scripts with SuiteScript 1.0, 2.0 & 2.1Solid knowledge of JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and front-end web technologiesStrong understanding of NetSuite data structures, records, and transactionsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExperience using a GIT repositoryDesired QualificationsNetSuite SuiteCloud Developer Certification or Administrator CertificationData management preferred (SQL, XML, JSON)Experience with iPaaS or ETL Applications (Celigo, Boomi, NSIP, SSIS) is a plusUniversity degree in Computer SciencePlative Inc. is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
