Job Title: Senior SAP S/4HANA PP/QM Implementation LeadKey Responsibilities:The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA PP and QM modules, including material requirements planning (MRP), production orders, capacity planning, shop floor control, quality planning, inspection, and notifications. He/she will be responsible for solution design and implementation, configuration expertise, business process mapping, integration, data migration, testing and validation, training and support, process optimization, issue resolution, and project management.Solution Design and Implementation: Develop and execute end-to-end implementation plans for SAP S/4HANA PP and QM modules, ensuring seamless integration with other SAP modules.Configuration Expertise: Configure PP processes such as MRP, Production Orders, Capacity Planning, Shop Floor Control, and QM processes like Quality Planning, Inspection, and Notifications.Business Process Mapping: Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze and map business processes to SAP S/4HANA functionalities, identifying gaps and proposing solutions.Integration: Ensure seamless integration of PP/QM modules with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM, and FICO.Data Migration: Support data migration activities, including master data setup (materials, BOMs, routings, inspection plans) and transactional data.Testing and Validation: Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing to ensure system reliability and performance.Training and Support: Provide end-user training, create documentation (functional specifications, configuration documents, user manuals), and offer post-go-live support.Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements, leveraging S/4HANA innovations like embedded analytics and Fiori apps.Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PP/QM processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.Project Management: Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.
