Job Title: Experienced SAP PTD LeadAbout the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead the implementation of end-to-end Plan-to-Deliver (PTD) business processes within SAP S/4HANA. As a seasoned SAP professional, you will be responsible for driving operational efficiency, data integrity, and seamless integration across the supply chain.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and deploy PTD processes, ensuring alignment with corporate manufacturing and supply chain strategies. Your expertise in SAP PP, QM, and PM modules will be crucial in delivering an integrated solution.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end design and implementation of SAP PTD processes covering planning, production execution, quality, and maintenance.Translate business requirements into SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with corporate manufacturing and supply chain strategies.Configure and optimize modules including PP, QM, and PM, ensuring process efficiency and compliance.Collaborate with Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, and Logistics teams to deliver an integrated solution.Drive master data setup and data migration related to materials, BOMs, routings, work centers, and inspection plans.Define and document functional specifications, and work closely with technical teams for custom developments and integrations.Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT), cutover planning, and user training sessions.Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous process improvement.Serve as the key point of contact for Plan-to-Deliver process governance, ensuring global standards and best practices are followed.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Information Systems.Minimum 10 years of experience in SAP implementation and support, with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP projects in PTD or related domains.Strong functional expertise in SAP PP, QM, and PM modules.Proven understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and logistics processes — demand planning, production, quality, and delivery.Experience with SAP S/4HANA and related manufacturing solutions.Knowledge of data migration, master data management, and integration with MM, SD, and FI/CO modules.Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.Ability to lead workshops, manage stakeholders, and work onsite with cross-functional teams.BenefitsCompetitive compensation package.Opportunities for professional development and skill enhancement.Flexible working conditions, including remote options.Supportive and collaborative work environment.Equal Employment OpportunityWe are an equal opportunities employer committed to providing a fair and inclusive workplace for all employees and applicants.
