Job Title: Legal Operations ManagerDirectly support senior leadership across various departments.This is a critical business-enabling role requiring strong legal expertise to manage end-to-end operations spanning multiple entities, including contract management and compliance governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling notices, coordinating with external counsel, and ensuring smooth cross-border operations.Key Responsibilities:Entity ComplianceHandle legal communications and responses for entities in the US, India, and New Zealand.Manage statutory and regulatory compliance under Indian laws such as the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, Labour Laws, GST, and IT Act.Liaise with registered agents and advisors in the US for Delaware franchise filings, annual reports, and state compliance.Maintain a master compliance calendar across all three entities.Contract ManagementDraft, review, and negotiate software agreements, master service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, channel partner agreements, vendor contracts, and consulting agreements.Support sales and finance teams by reviewing customer contracts, renewals, and compliance with relevant regulations and data-protection obligations.Maintain a centralized contract repository, track renewals, and ensure timely renewal of customer and vendor contracts.Develop internal contract playbooks and templates for repeatable use.Legal Coordination & AdvisoryCollaborate with external counsel for litigation, IP protection, employment law, and data-privacy matters.Provide legal inputs to stakeholders on business decisions, pricing models, and new market entry.Governance & Internal PoliciesDraft, review, and update internal policies – Code of Conduct, Anti-Bribery, Data Protection, Vendor Onboarding, and Employment policies.Maintain documentation trails and version control for all legal and policy documents.Establish scalable frameworks for risk management and contractual governance.
