Job Title: US Federal Contracts Support AnalystWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional to provide compliance, reporting, and administrative support for U.S. federal government contracts.Key Responsibilities:Contract Review & ComplianceAssist in reviewing federal contract documents, task orders, and amendmentsIdentify and summarize applicable FAR/DFARS clauses and compliance obligationsSupport subcontractor due diligence and ensure required flow-down clauses are communicated and documentedReporting & DocumentationPrepare compliance trackers, audit files, and status reports for internal and external stakeholdersSupport U.S. reporting obligations (eSRS, FSRS, subcontracting plans, EEO/OFCCP reporting)Maintain organized contract repositories and document management systemsAudit & Monitoring SupportAssist with internal reviews and external audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA)Track deliverables, certifications, and contract obligations to ensure timely complianceProposal & Pre-Award SupportReview solicitations (RFPs/RFQs) for relevant FAR/DFARS clausesPrepare compliance matrices and checklists for proposal teamsCollaboration & Stakeholder SupportCoordinate with U.S. contracts, compliance, legal, and procurement teamsThe ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills.As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all contract-related activities are completed in a timely and efficient manner.You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with contract performance.Our company values include teamwork, innovation, and customer satisfaction.
