Strategic Finance ArchitectThe Strategic Finance Architect will be the architect of financial systems, planning, governance, and fundraising support. This role combines traditional finance, planning & analysis, and controllership responsibilities.This high-ownership opportunity builds finance function in a rapidly scaling company. Key Responsibilities:Reporting, Audit & Compliance:Develop comprehensive MIS reports for internal & external stakeholders.Lead statutory, internal, and investor audits.Ensure accounting standard compliance and regulatory adherence.Financial Controls & GovernanceEstablish robust internal controls across AP/AR, payroll, inventory & compliance.Proactively identify risks and implement corrective measures.Maintain audit readiness at all times.Optimize cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.ERP, Systems & Process ExcellenceLead ERP implementation (Odoo/Tally/Zoho).Standardize accounting processes and automate dashboards.Drive continuous process improvement across finance function.Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)Build sophisticated financial models, annual budgets, and rolling forecasts.Lead variance analysis, scenario planning, and what-if analyses for growth and risk decisions.Provide strategic insights to founders and cross-functional teams.Investor Relations & FundraisingPrepare investor presentations, board decks, and quarterly financial updates.Lead financial due diligence for future fundraising rounds.Maintain data rooms and engage with investors, lenders, and analysts.Qualifications:A qualified Chartered Accountant with 6-8 years of experience specifically from Service or SaaS company.
