Job Title: Chief Financial ExecutiveCapgemini Business Services is seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Executive to lead the financial operations of our organization.The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting with expertise in IFRS/ Ind AS.A Chartered Accountant by profession, the selected individual will be responsible for preparing financial statements, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring timely completion of statutory and tax audits.Key Responsibilities:Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare standalone and consolidated year-end financial statements as per IFRS/ Ind AS standards.Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including Local Finance teams, and liaise with auditors to get the financial statements audited.Audit Coordination: Coordinate with Auditors, finance team, and business team for resolving audit queries and ensuring accurate accounting and reporting.Statutory and Tax Compliance: Ensure timely completion of statutory and tax audits, and provide support for filing tax returns and transfer pricing reports.Business Reporting: Prepare and submit Balance sheet schedules, and provide business reports on a timely basis with accurate reasoning for variances.The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a focus on process improvements and automation.Requirements:Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.0-7 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial reporting.Expertise in IFRS/ Ind AS.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for career growth and professional development.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
