Senior Integration EngineerThis position is hands-on, driving the full lifecycle from design to implementation to ongoing optimization. As a senior individual contributor, this role leads incident response, mentors junior engineers, and partners cross-functionally to align systems with revenue operations strategy.Design and architect scalable integration frameworks using tools such as Workato or MuleSoft, implementing patterns that include retry logic, idempotency, backpressure, and queue-based processing.Establish and govern integration standards, including naming conventions, version control practices, and deployment protocols.Develop and maintain Salesforce revenue lifecycle processes, including lead routing, call dispositions, and end-to-end Sales/Recruiting workflows.Oversee the integrity and performance of the Salesforce-MCAE Advanced bidirectional sync, including rule logic and sync health management.Troubleshoot MCAE connector performance, campaign influence tracking scoring models, and CRM alignment in collaboration with Marketing Operations.Lead root-cause analyses for high-impact incidents, publishing detailed remediation plans and prevention strategies.This position requires expertise in designing and developing scalable integration frameworks, establishing integration standards, and maintaining Salesforce revenue lifecycle processes.
