They will also be expected to optimize existing ODI processes for performance and scalability, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.Key responsibilities will include:Designing and developing ETL processes using Oracle Data Integrator to facilitate seamless data integration between various sources and targets.Conducting requirements gathering sessions to understand client needs and translate them into technical specifications.Optimizing existing ODI processes for performance and scalability, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement data management best practices and ensure data quality.Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to ODI and data integration workflows as they arise.Providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior consultants and team members.Staying updated with industry trends and advancements in data integration technologies.Preparing documentation for processes, configurations, and data mappings to ensure knowledge transfer and compliance.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in data integration projects, with a strong focus on Oracle Data Integrator.Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, with hands-on experience in database technologies such as Oracle, SQL Server, or similar.Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and techniques.Strong understanding in Python Programming.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and team members.RewardsWe offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including opportunities for professional growth and development.
