Debt Investment Banking ProfessionalThis internship provides valuable industry experience with cutting-edge projects involving debt investment banking.Key Responsibilities:Fixed Income Analysis & Valuation: Calculate Yield to Maturity (YTM) and assess returns on different types of fixed-income securities, such as corporate bonds, debentures and debt mutual funds.Investment Strategies: Compare different investment options, including direct lending, non-convertible notes, and structured finance instruments.Risk Management: Assess interest rate risks in structured finance products, considering prepayment risk and credit risk factors.Macaulay Duration: Quantify bond price sensitivity to market changes using advanced financial models.Value at Risk (VaR): Develop machine learning models to estimate portfolio risk and optimize investment decisions.Credit Research & Risk Analysis: Analyze economic data to assess Sovereign risk profiles and inform investment strategies.Quantitative Finance & AI in Debt Markets: Construct and analyze yield curves from market data to identify trends and opportunities.Structured Finance & Investment Banking: Evaluate risks and returns of different asset-backed securities types, including credit cards and auto loans.
