We are seeking a highly skilled Debt Investor to join our team. As a Debt Investor, you will be responsible for analyzing and underwriting new debt investment opportunities across various industries and instruments.Analyze and assess the creditworthiness of companies, leveraging your expertise in financial modeling and credit analysis.Develop robust financial models to evaluate company performance, cash flows, leverage, and repayment capacity.Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including financial reviews, covenant analysis, and sector benchmarking.Create clear and concise investment memos for stakeholders, backed by data-driven insights.Maintain knowledge of macroeconomic indicators and interest rate trends impacting portfolio performance.Monitor existing investments, providing regular updates on credit health, performance metrics, and risk exposure.Requirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.2-5 years of experience in investment banking, private credit, structured finance, or corporate lending.Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial modeling.Strong understanding of credit documentation, cash flow modeling, and debt structuring.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.A self-starter with strong analytical judgment and attention to detail.PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:Prior experience in private credit, mezzanine, or distressed debt investments.Familiarity with U.S. credit markets, loan agreements, and covenant frameworks.Experience supporting cross-border or emerging market transactions is an asset.Additional Details:The ideal candidate should be immediately available to start.The role is remote, but aligned with U.S. working hours.
