Job Title: Credit Risk ModelerWe are seeking a highly skilled Credit Risk Modeler to join our team.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to work on developing, validating, and enhancing LTV models, credit risk models, and portfolio profitability frameworks.The successful candidate will be responsible for working on Risk–Reward trade-off modelling to optimize acquisition and portfolio strategies—balancing growth and default risk.Key responsibilities include extracting and exploring data, validating data integrity, performing ad hoc analysis, evaluating new data sources for usage in strategy development.You will lead portfolio analytics initiatives to track and improve credit performance, partner with risk, product, and marketing teams to design data-driven credit policies, limit strategies, and customer lifecycle interventions.Additional responsibilities include conducting profitability segmentation to identify high-value and high-risk customer cohorts, supporting pricing and credit limit optimization using predictive modelling and scenario simulations.You will analyze large-scale datasets (internal + bureau data) to extract actionable insights for portfolio health monitoring.Requirements:Education and Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, or economics.Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL.Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.Familiarity with machine learning algorithms and their applications in credit risk modelling.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.What We Offer:Career Growth and Development:Ongoing training and support to enhance your skills and knowledge.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.Competitive salary and benefits package.How to Apply:Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and qualifications.We look forward to hearing from you
