Dental Billing Assistant ManagerWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced dental billing professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of hands-on experience in U.S. dental billing, with a deep understanding of end-to-end dental RCM processes, team leadership, and client communication.Manage the full dental billing cycle, including insurance verification, claims submission, payment posting, A/R follow-up, and denial management.Supervise and support a team of dental billers and specialists to meet productivity and quality benchmarks.Handle escalations, resolve complex billing issues, and coordinate with internal teams.Ensure accurate coding (CDT), cross-coding (ICD-10/CPT) for oral surgery and other relevant procedures.Track team KPIs and maintain reporting for collections, claim turnaround time, and rejection rates.Maintain compliance with HIPAA, payer policies, and state-specific billing regulations.The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of CDT codes, PPO & FFS plans, cross-coding for medical claims, pre-authorizations, and claim appeals. Proficiency in major dental software systems is required, along with experience in managing or mentoring a team of billers. Excellent communication skills in English are essential.Requirements:Minimum 7 years of experience in U.S. dental billing and RCM.Strong knowledge of CDT codes, PPO & FFS plans, cross-coding for medical claims, pre-authorizations, and claim appeals.Proficiency in major dental software systems.Experience in managing or mentoring a team of billers preferred.Excellent communication skills in English.Benefits:Flexible working hours.Ongoing training and development opportunities.
