We are looking to expand our team with a skilled and experienced Billing Expert who is familiar with the nuances of insurance billing processes and hospital-related billing tasks.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Insurance Billing**: Handle billing for insurance claims, including verification, coding, claim submission, and follow-ups with insurance companies to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
- **Claim Management**: Work closely with insurance providers to resolve discrepancies and follow up on pending claims to avoid delays in payments.
- **Patient Coordination**: Communicate with patients regarding their insurance coverage, out-of-pocket expenses, and payment plans.
- **Data Entry & Documentation**: Ensure accurate entry of patient insurance details and medical codes into the billing system.
- **Compliance with NABH Standards**: Follow the guidelines and policies set by NABH to ensure billing processes are compliant with healthcare standards and regulations.
- **Patient and Insurance Reconciliation**: Regularly reconcile patient accounts to ensure no outstanding or unprocessed charges are missed.
- **Audit Support**: Assist with internal and external audits as required, providing necessary documentation and reports.

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: Graduate in any stream; Preferably with a diploma or certification in medical billing or insurance.
- **Experience**: Minimum **3 years of experience** working in hospital billing, with expertise in insurance claims management.
- **Knowledge**: Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claim procedures, hospital billing codes (ICD-10, CPT, etc.), and patient billing systems.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in hospital billing software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
- **Previous Experience**: Prior experience in a hospital that follows **NABH** standards is mandatory.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with **TDS**, **GST**, and tax-related aspects of billing.
- Knowledge of **medical coding** (ICD-10, CPT).
- Previous experience with **medical insurance claim management**.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 per month
