We are committed to disrupting outdated banking solutions, embracing a culture of innovation and agility.Analytical thinking and ability to handle ambiguous requirements Translation of stakeholder discussions, documents, and research findings into technical designs and implementation plansExperience in leading teams of software engineers, focusing on long-term durability and production readinessStrong background in software engineering and design patterns, with expertise in microservices and serverless architectureKnowledge of CQRS, event-sourcing design, and architecture patterns; experience with Node.js, TypeScript, and AWSDeveloping and deploying microservices and serverless applications using Jest, Supertest, and PostmanExperience with NestJs, multithreaded programming, and socket programmingMaintaining code quality, tidiness, and zero technical debt; strong understanding of testing practices (TDD/BDD)Familiarity with API design, protocols (Restful, Websocket, SOAP), and production-grade monitoring, logging, and alertingWorking with various databases to meet query and storage requirements (DynamoDB, SQL, DocumentDB)Designing and maintaining scalable REST APIs integrated with DynamoDB, S3, SNS/SQS, Step Functions, and LambdaExperience with cloud-native architecture, data lakes, data warehousing, secured coding (OWASP, XSS, CORS), and authentication standards (JWT, OAuth, IdentityFederation)AWS Cloud environment experienceCross-functional collaboration and communication, with exposure to Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and PCI compliant environmentsKey responsibilities include:Designing, developing, and maintaining high-load production systems with SLA 99.999%Supporting rapid and agile product deployments across different environments (dev, test, stress-testing, staging/production)Attributes and qualifications:Possessing a logical, ethical, mature, and responsible mindsetDemonstrable experience in developing mission-critical systems, with a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in software engineering or related field, and at least 5 years of working experience in a technical hands-on software engineering roleAble to work autonomously yet collaboratively, with an instinctive desire to maintain code quality and zero technical debt
