High Performance Backend Developer Wanted

Backend Engineer RoleAt our company, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Backend Engineer to join our team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of professionals on exciting and impactful projects.As a developer, you will be working on the backend of our product which is built using industry's latest technologies such as Redis, Postgres, and Cassandra. You will develop APIs using Python and Ruby on Rails. The job also includes DevOps tasks from server setup to maintenance and recovery.Rapidly develop next-generation scalable, flexible, and high-performance systems.Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software (backend and databases in particular).Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.DevOps tasks.Contribute to growth through interviewing, on-boarding, or other recruitment efforts.For this role, we require:BA/BS or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience.+5 years of experience.Strong knowledge in SQL and NoSQL databases such as Redis, Postgres, or Cassandra.Fluency in Python and Ruby on Rails.Knowledge in Web servers and Web application servers.Knowledge in code repository like Git.Ability to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and tight timelines.Database design skills.Perfect quality code.Excellent organizational skills and proven analytical, planning, problem-solving skills.Full-stack with background in ReactJS is a plus.The ideal candidate for this role should have:5 to 9 years of experience.Languages: English.Excellent communication, verbal, and written skills.We are looking for a great opportunity to be part of an amazing challenge, with great development possibilities?
