Job DescriptionThe organization is seeking a seasoned HR Operations Manager to oversee and streamline human resources operations across global locations. The role focuses on compliance, employee lifecycle management, process improvement, and data-driven HR delivery.The ideal candidate will have expertise in HR operations, statutory compliance, and HRMS platforms, as well as strong stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and process orientation skills are also required.Manage the employee lifecycle — from onboarding to exit.Ensure accurate data management across all of HR systems and employee data.Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, PT, gratuity, LWF, labour acts).Coordinate with Finance and Legal for audits and payroll compliance.Maintain organizational structure accuracy and updates.Required Skills & Qualifications10+ years' experience in HR operations with minimum 3-4 years in leading a team.Sound knowledge of Indian labour laws and exposure to global HR practices.Experience in process automation and HR digital transformation.Master's in HR / Business Administration or related field.Benefits & OpportunitiesThis role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the organization's HR operations.
