As a Manager CRM, you'll spearhead strategy and execution to engage our ever-growing user base.You'll own quarterly planning, revenue targets, and develop detailed campaign deployment plans for growth initiatives to enhance reactivation metrics.Work closely with creative, operations, analytics, business, and tech/engineering teams.Understand internal business units' needs and consumer behavior to formulate content and segmentation strategies.Conduct experiments on user segmentation & personalization, identifying wins for broader implementation.Maintain a healthy balance between growth and user experience for long-term success.Key Roles & Responsibilities:Own quarterly planning, revenue targets, develop detailed campaign deployment plans for growth initiatives to enhance reactivation metricsWork closely with the creative, operations, analytics, business, and tech/engineering teamsUnderstand the needs of different internal business units and consumer behaviour to formulate content and segmentation strategies.Conduct experiments on user segmentation & personalization, with proper testing frameworks, and identifying wins for broader implementationMaintain healthy balance of growth with user experience for long-term growthExpertly navigate the technical aspects of the CRM platform and maintain strong relationships with platform support teamsConduct root cause analyses on platform and business issues whenever they ariseMaintain a balance between rapid execution for growth and adherence to business complianceRequired Skills & Qualifications:A bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA an advantage)4-7 years of experience in the CRM function of a rapidly growing, digital-first businessBias for action and desire to make an impactProven experience in deploying marketing campaigns across channels like Email, WhatsApp, and SMSStrong data and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and SQLExcellent communication abilities and stakeholder management skillsGlobal market experience beneficialBackground in high-growth B2C products/services with consultative sales advantageous
