Career Opportunity for Customer Support SpecialistWe are looking for a highly skilled Customer Support Specialist to join our team.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English and Russian, and possess the ability to travel regularly.This role involves providing technical and customer support for our products, attending events, updating support materials, and interacting with customers online and in person.Responsibilities include handling service tickets via email, live chat, remote support, and phone calls for assigned regions (India, Southeast Asia, CIS), processing English tickets from CIS, India, and Southeast Asia regions, supporting dental events and visits to local dealers, creating and updating troubleshooting guides, and monitoring and responding to inquiries on social media platforms in Russian and English.Requirements for this position include experience using Zendesk, SAP ERP systems, basic understanding of IT infrastructure and hardware, troubleshooting abilities, and experience in digital dentistry, CAD/CAM, or the dental industry.
