Job DescriptionThe Director of HR Services and Analytics is responsible for leading the delivery of efficient, compliant, and data-driven HR services across the organization.Key Responsibilities:HR Services DeliveryManage end-to-end HR administration and payroll to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with local regulations.Design, implement, and improve HR service delivery processes to simplify, standardize, and automate.Ensure regulatory compliance across all HR administrative and payroll activities.Act as a primary point of escalation for HR Business Partners and Directors on complex employee and manager inquiries.People Data AnalysisDevelop and maintain people data standards and governance frameworks to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.Create dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for HR and business decision-makers.Deliver ad-hoc analyses and support strategic planning initiatives.Advance the organization's analytics capabilities, moving toward predictive insights.Stakeholder ManagementCollaborate closely with HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders to align systems and processes.Manage relationships with external HR service providers to ensure excellence and contractual compliance.Advise on HR systems, data management, and process optimization.Leadership and TransformationLead, develop, and inspire the HR Services and Analytics team to drive engagement, capability growth, and performance.Champion change management within the HR function to drive adoption of new processes and data practices.Contribute to the digital transformation agenda, ensuring alignment with broader business strategies.Promote a culture of continuous improvement and accountability across the HR operations landscape.Required Skills and QualificationsProven experience in HR services delivery and analytics.Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Ability to analyze complex data sets and create actionable insights.BenefitsCompetitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and collaborative work environment.OthersThis role requires a unique blend of HR expertise, analytical skills, and leadership abilities.
