This is a hands-on leadership role that involves driving HR strategy and workforce planning, leading and mentoring the HR team, managing end-to-end hiring across functions, running KRAs/OKRs reviews and L&D initiatives, strengthening culture onboarding and engagement, managing payroll HRMS compliance and documentation, building and maintaining SOPs and SOWs.• Manage performance management programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.• Foster a positive organizational culture by promoting collaboration teamwork and effective communication among all levels of employees.This position reports directly to the [Manager Name] and will be responsible for overseeing the overall Human Resources function in Bengaluru India.The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HR practices including HR policies and employee relations, strong knowledge of Labor and Employment Law to ensure compliance and mitigate risk, experience in Performance Management including setting KPIs conducting evaluations and ensuring employee development, excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment and manage a team across diverse functions, Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field relevant certifications such as SHRM or HRCI are a plus, 10+ years of progressive experience in HR roles with at least 3-5 years in a leadership position.ResponsibilitiesDevelop implement and communicate HR policies procedures and best practices to ensure compliance with labor laws regulations and industry standards.Recruit select hire and onboard new employees ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.Manage employee relations including conflict resolution and mediation.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching feedback and development opportunities to improve employee performance.Administer compensation benefits and time-off policies to ensure equity fairness and compliance.
