Program Coordinator Job DescriptionAbout the role:This position is responsible for creating and driving programs and processes that help find, hire and develop top talent worldwide.You will directly manage, coach and develop team members, providing day-to-day supervision to ensure team success.Monitoring team members in a matrix-based environment ensures client requirements are met. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with onsite partners and stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:Meeting established schedules or resolving technical or operational problemsProviding support and collaborating with onshore partners and clientsCoordinating and facilitating all employee on-boarding activitiesAuditing quality of work according to established metrics, goals and expected performance levels for all team members; providing feedback and coaching as needed in partnership with managerIdentifying areas of process improvement and recommending efficient workflowsActing as first point of contact for escalations - investigating root causes and providing recommended next stepsCollaborating on special projectsMay act as a consultative partner who appropriately manages expectations and communicates process/project plans and timelinesMeeting or exceeding assigned daily/ weekly account goalsRegularly monitoring and motivating team to meet performance scorecard to ensure all SLAs and KPIs are being metActing as gatekeeper for process documentation and assisting manager with reportingEnsuring that requisition activity is properly documented including candidate disposition to meet compliance and SLA/KPI trackingMaintaining working knowledge of RSR and other up-to-date recruiting methodologiesActing as backup to manager in communicating with client and team members
