We are seeking a skilled IT Projects Sourcing Specialist to identify and secure new business opportunities in the global IT market. This role is ideal for professionals with strong connections in the IT industry, who can understand global technology trends and convert leads into successful engagements.Key responsibilities include:Identifying and sourcing new IT project opportunities for software development, cloud, AI, DevOps, mobile apps, etc.Building relationships with decision-makers at enterprise, mid-size, startup, and government clients.Pitching services and converting leads into paid projects.In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to bring projects across various technology domains, including Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI/ML, DevOps, Digital Transformation, and IT Outsourcing.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you must have:Strong network in IT, consulting, or enterprise technology.Experience in IT sales, bidding, business development, or project sourcing.Understanding of software development lifecycle (Web, Mobile, Cloud, AI).We offer a high commission-based earning model, with opportunities to earn commissions on RFP/RFQ/Tender identification, successful bid submissions, new client acquisition, project conversions, staff augmentation placement, and more.What We OfferAs an IT Projects Sourcing Specialist, you can expect:High commission earnings based on performance.Remote and flexible work arrangements.Full independence in managing your pipeline.
