Lead Motion and Post-Production ExpertAs a seasoned professional in the field of motion design, CGI, and post-production, you will lead a team of creatives to deliver high-end visual effects, animation, color grading, and finishing for static campaigns.Develop and implement end-to-end motion and post-production pipelines from storyboard to final delivery.Drive excellence in 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Collaborate closely with creative directors, producers, and account teams to interpret briefs into motion-first executions.Key Responsibilities:Motion & Post-Production Leadership: Lead the team, drive excellence, collaborate closely with creative directors and producers.Creative & Technical Execution: Be hands-on in motion graphics, VFX, CGI, and color workflows, direct and review the work of designers, compositors, and editors.Workflow, Process & Quality Governance: Establish best practices, workflow templates, define rendering, file-management, and QC standards.Team Development & Capability Growth: Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of motion designers, compositors, colorists, and editors.Collaboration & Integration: Work closely with regional teams, collaborate with digital, print, and automation teams, engage in new business pitches, and creative development discussions.Required Skills and Qualifications:Deep hands-on proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, Nuke, Fusion, or Flame for compositing, DaVinci Resolve for color grading and finishing.Strong understanding of animation principles, visual storytelling, lighting, camera, and timing.Proven experience leading teams delivering broadcast, digital, and short-form video content at scale.Strong eye for composition, detail, and brand expression through motion.Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for video enhancement, rotoscoping, and content generation.Experience collaborating with sound, music, and VO production to complete audiovisual packages.
