Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist (₹5–6 LPA) | (Short-Form & Long-Form) | EST Time Zone Location: Remote (Must be available during EST business hours)Company: PPC Guru — Performance Marketing AgencyType: Full-Time | Video DepartmentAbout Us PPC Guru is a fast-growing marketing agency helping global brands reach new audiences through creative storytelling, ads, and social media content.We’re now looking for a highly skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Artist who can transform raw footage into visually engaging stories for multiple platforms.About the Role You’ll be responsible for creating engaging short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts) and long-form content (interviews, podcasts, talking-head videos, ads, etc.)We’re looking for someone who’s fast, detail-oriented, and has a strong grasp of pacing, storytelling, and transitions.You’ll work on:Short-form content: Reels, Shorts, TikToks, ad teasersLong-form editing: Podcasts, interviews, webinars, vlogsMotion graphics: logo animations, title sequences, lower-thirdsStory-driven ad videos with captions and music syncAI-enhanced video generation (Runway ML, Pika, V3)Key Responsibilities Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media & adsAdd captions, music, transitions, and effects to enhance viewer retentionCreate motion graphics, logo reveals, and animated titlesRepurpose long-form content into short clips for social mediaManage raw footage, organize assets, and maintain project structureCollaborate with creative leads and marketing team during EST hoursRequirements ✅ 3–5 years of experience in video editing and motion design✅ Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects✅ Experience editing talking-head videos, podcasts, and reels✅ Knowledge of sound design, pacing, and storytelling✅ Hands-on with motion graphics, animated text, and overlays✅ Familiarity with AI video tools (Runway ML, Pika, V3, Kaiber, etc.)✅ Availability to work full-time during EST hoursNice to Have ⭐ Experience with DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro, or VN⭐ Experience editing performance or ad-style content⭐ Creative interest in AI-based storytelling or cinematic editingWhat We Offer ✨ Competitive pay based on experience✨ Work with international clients & campaigns✨ Access to premium AI and editing tools✨ Growth-oriented, creative environment✨ Freedom to innovate and test new video formats
